Residential Senior Youth Support Practitioner

Suffolk County Council is seeking a Residential Senior Youth Support Practitioner to lead a team in providing nurturing care and support for vulnerable children and young people aged 11-17 at the Beccles Children's Home. The role involves managing daily operations, ensuring safeguarding, and fostering positive relationships to help children achieve the best possible outcomes in education, health, and social activities. This full-time position requires working fixed shifts on a 2-week rolling rota, including sleep-in duties, weekends, and bank holidays.
