Residential Specialist

Liberty Resources is seeking a Per Diem Residential Specialist to work in their Oswego Crisis Residence Program, providing therapeutic support to adults experiencing mental health crises in a community-based setting. The role involves delivering health and wellness coaching, relapse prevention planning, and crisis intervention services to help stabilize guests and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations. Staff members utilize the Need Adapted Treatment Model and Motivational Interviewing to support recovery and facilitate safe returns to the community.
