This full-time evening position involves monitoring the therapeutic milieu, responding to patient crises, and facilitating life skills and 12-Step education for residents. The role requires maintaining accurate documentation, conducting random searches and urinalysis, and ensuring the safety and progress of patients in a 60-bed intensive residential treatment setting.
