Residential Staff

This role provides guidance and supervision to children and adolescents in a residential setting, promoting their physical and mental well-being while implementing Trauma Systems Therapy (TST) principles. The position involves assisting residents with daily life decisions, maintaining a positive environment, and ensuring adherence to agency policies and contractual agreements. Staff members are responsible for household management, crisis intervention, and serving as advocates for the youth.
