Residential Supervisor

The Residential Supervisor collaborates with the Residential Director to advance the organization's mission by managing, leading, and supervising staff to ensure the implementation of evidence-based practices and compliance with regulatory requirements. This role involves overseeing youth coaches, participating in on-call rotations, and providing coaching and crisis intervention support to maintain safety and quality of care. The position also requires developing court reports, case plans, and maintaining relationships with youth and their support networks.
