Residential Supervisor

Wildwood Programs is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee and coordinate staff activities in certified residential homes or independent apartment settings for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. The role involves providing direct support for daily living activities, managing medication and health support, and ensuring thorough documentation and compliance. The supervisor will also assist with staff training, scheduling, and household management while maintaining a person-centered approach.
