Residential Support Staff

This role provides support and assistance to residential clients to ensure a safe and healthy environment while they work towards self-sufficiency. The position involves monitoring residential halls, documenting progress, and intervening in crisis situations to proactively resolve issues. The staff member acts as a representative of the organization, communicating with volunteers, donors, and visitors, particularly after hours.
