Brighton Women's Centre
Residential Support Workers provide feminist‑based, compassionate, and innovative supports, counseling, and therapeutic group programming for women and their children living in a 24‑hour shelter. They assist clients with case management, safety planning, crisis intervention, and referrals while maintaining a safe, respectful residential environment.

They provide a wide range of services including counselling and psychotherapy, accommodation support, peer-to-peer support, foodbank access, and childcare, helping women from all backgrounds facing issues such as abuse, trauma, poverty, mental health difficulties, and homelessness.
