Residential Support Worker

This position evaluates the needs of individuals with mental illnesses and/or substance use disorders to support recovery and independence while completing all relevant documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. The role involves providing guidance and accompaniment to clients during community activities, utilizing crisis intervention skills, and transporting clients to various appointments. Employees are responsible for medication management, maintaining client safety, and communicating with treatment providers and family members about progress.
