Residential Support Worker

The Residential Support Worker role at Action for Children involves providing excellent support to vulnerable children and young people aged 5–18 with complex needs, including learning and physical disabilities. The position is based at a Children’s Short Break centre in Northampton, offering a structured and safe environment for children while giving parents and carers a chance to recharge.
