The Residential Team Lead supports the daily operations of an ASAM 3.1 residential substance use treatment program, ensuring a safe, structured, and recovery-oriented environment for residents and staff. This role serves as the primary onsite operational lead, providing guidance and training to Direct Support Professionals while assisting with admissions, compliance, and facility operations. The position requires flexibility to support office-based responsibilities and direct resident care as needed to ensure continuity of services.
