Residential Therapist

The Residential Therapist supports youth in residential treatment by addressing past trauma and developing healthy coping strategies to facilitate their transition to family settings. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including milieu staff and expressive therapy, to help teen girls heal and build new skills. The position is based at the Ozanam Campus in south Kansas City, offering a supportive environment with various therapeutic spaces and recreational areas.
