Residential Youth Worker (Casual)

BGC Okanagan is seeking a Residential Youth Worker to support youth facing high-risk circumstances at Penny Lane, a short-term, low-barrier stabilization home. This role involves building meaningful relationships, creating a safe home-like environment, and helping young people develop resilience and life skills through individualized plans. Candidates will facilitate daily routines, provide behavioral counseling, and collaborate with the Circle of Care team to ensure client wellbeing.
