Resilience and Performance Coach

French Consulting is seeking a Resilience and Performance Coach to provide non-clinical, coaching-style support focused on resilience, stress management, and overall well-being for service members at Ramstein Air Base and surrounding locations in Germany. This voluntary, confidential role involves helping service members navigate personal and professional stressors while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team of strength coaches, physical therapists, and psychologists. The position also includes leading monthly workshops on resilience and life balance for service members and their families.
