Resilience Manager

The Resilience Manager serves as the primary point of contact for information security, data protection, and business continuity topics, ensuring compliance with regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act, TISAX, GDPR, and NIS2. This role involves leading the development and improvement of the Business Continuity Management System, coordinating risk management activities, and managing compliance audits. The position requires driving employee awareness and training while maintaining functional reporting to the Head of Resilience and collaborating with senior management.
