Resource and Business Execution Associate – Assistant Vice President

The Assistant Vice President, Position Management Execution, in Finance CAO’s Resource Management Team is responsible for operational implementation and oversight of headcount plans across the Finance division. The role partners with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure data integrity, timely execution of staffing changes, and alignment of headcount strategies with financial plans. It reports to the Head of Resource Management and supports workforce management activities across the employee lifecycle.
