Resource & Capacity Manager

The Resource & Capacity Manager ensures optimal staffing and capacity across Teifi's delivery pods by aligning the sales pipeline with resource plans and maintaining healthy utilization rates. This role involves proactively identifying capacity or skill gaps, managing resource allocation conflicts, and partnering with delivery leadership, sales, and finance to mitigate delivery risks. The position serves as the central point of contact for tracking who is working on what across current and upcoming projects.
