Resource Development Director

The Resource Development Director leads VisionGift’s fundraising programs, building sustainable philanthropic revenue to advance the organization's mission of honoring donors and advancing sight. This hands-on role combines strategic planning with direct donor engagement across individual giving, major gifts, corporate partnerships, and special events. The Director partners closely with leadership, the Board, and staff to grow contributed revenue and manage donor relationships.
