Resource Manager

The Resource Manager at FWD People is responsible for centralizing resource planning across the agency, managing in-house and freelance resources to align with project needs and client expectations. This role involves leading staffing meetings, maintaining data accuracy in the business planning tool (Parallax), and building relationships with Account, Creative, and Operations leads to make informed resourcing decisions. The Resource Manager also monitors utilization trends, manages the PTO approval process, coordinates contractor onboarding, and supports the evolution of resource planning systems to enhance operational efficiency.
