Resource Manager

The Resource Manager leads the program resource management function for the Core Modernisation Program, overseeing strategic workforce planning, resource governance, and capability management for approximately 300 resources. This role serves as the single point of accountability for workforce planning and resource governance, reporting to the Senior Manager of the Program Management Office. The position involves shaping the program-wide workforce strategy, managing demand and capacity planning, and leading workforce transition and demobilisation strategies.
