Resource Mobilisation Lead

This role leads World Vision Angola's resource mobilisation efforts, developing donor engagement plans, securing funding, and managing the full proposal lifecycle from opportunity identification to submission. The position involves strategic oversight of programme development, data quality, and impact evidence while fostering partnerships with donors, government stakeholders, and faith-based organizations. It requires line management of the Impact and Evidence Coordinator and the PDPI team to ensure alignment with national strategy and financial sustainability goals.
