Resource Parent Support Worker

The Resource Parent Support Worker provides primary support to resource parents caring for children placed at the General level of care. This role focuses on promoting placement stability through face-to-face coaching, behavior modification, and service coordination. The position also involves communicating with external partners and auditing and reporting on assigned cases.
