Resource Planner Supervisor

The Resource Planner Supervisor leads a team of Resource Planners to efficiently schedule Field Service Engineers at customer sites based on client requirements and parts availability. This role supports the Central Scheduling Team in delivering exceptional customer service to Philips Healthcare customers and FSEs while ensuring work is completed within contractual timeframes. The position involves supervising daily operations, managing escalations, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and vendors.
