Resource Planning Analyst

This role involves analyzing, developing, and implementing resource expansion plans to meet electric system growth requirements for Xcel Energy's operating utility companies. The position requires interfacing with regulators, customers, and internal teams to obtain consensus and regulatory approval for optimal resource plans. Candidates will perform economic modeling of alternative supply plans and design solicitations for new long-term capacity and energy resources.
