Resource Planning Coordinator

This role focuses on managing and optimizing resource allocation within NetSuite, ensuring that staff with the right skills and availability are assigned to meet global resourcing requests. The position involves coaching end users on system functionality, supporting high-level activities and mobilizations, and collaborating with APAC Response Team Leaders to maintain accurate scheduling and training data. Additionally, the coordinator works to improve department efficiencies through process development and supports the onboarding of new team members.
