Resource Planning Lead

ICF is seeking a Resource Planning Lead to support federal, state, and local government entities by managing, coordinating, and growing a network of internal and external partners. The role involves assisting with partner engagement, capability tracking, resource planning, onboarding activities, and business operations support across energy, infrastructure, and sustainability programs.
