Resource Registered Nurse - Womens Float Pool

The Resource Registered Nurse position for Charlotte's Womens Resource Team requires floating to CMC (Main) plus four of the following facilities: University, Lake Norman, Stanly, Cabarrus, Cleveland, Lincoln, Pineville, Union & Union West. The role involves engaging in unit councils, professional governance, and quality initiatives to improve care processes and apply evidence-based practices. The nurse utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care, engaging patients and families through the continuum of care.
