Resource Room Navigator

The Resource Room Navigator supports the daily operation of the American Job Center Resource Room and serves as the primary point of contact for customers accessing workforce services. This role involves welcoming and checking in customers, assisting with technology and job search tools, and connecting individuals to appropriate staff, programs, and community resources. The position also includes facilitating orientations and career preparation workshops to help job seekers navigate available services.
