About this role
The Respiratory Care Practitioner II provides comprehensive respiratory care through patient assessment, planning, intervention, education, and evaluation across acute care settings. The role delivers and manages therapies including oxygen and aerosolized medications, ventilator support, bronchial hygiene, diagnostic testing and arterial blood gas analysis. The practitioner may serve as shift charge, assist with procedures, and act as a preceptor to new staff and students.
