Respiratory Supervisor

The Respiratory Supervisor collaborates with the Director to manage day-to-day clinical and program operations, focusing on maximizing clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and interdepartmental workflow. The role involves assisting with employee orientation, education, performance improvement, and scheduling while maintaining the ABG Lab in compliance with CAP and CLIA standards. This position requires performing critical and non-critical respiratory care procedures and diagnostics under physician directives and protocols.
