About this role

The Resource Therapist at Wellstar supports the delivery of high-quality respiratory care by coordinating departmental activities and serving as a clinical resource. Reporting to the Manager/Director, the role partners with medical staff and Respiratory Care leadership to support staff development, process improvement, and patient- and family-centered care. This position emphasizes clinical oversight, education, and maintaining standards of care within the respiratory therapy service.
