About this role
A Respiratory Therapist at Baystate Medical Center provides cardiopulmonary care to patients across the lifespan within a high-acuity, Level 1 trauma center. This is a full-time, 36-hour per week night-shift position based in Springfield, MA that supports both recent graduates and experienced clinicians. Eligible external hires may receive a sign-on bonus and the role includes opportunities for continuing education and career growth.

Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care

- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) (Preferred)
- CPR Certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (AHA)
