About this role

A community-focused hospital in Ohio is seeking a full‑time Respiratory Therapist for the night shift (6:30 PM–7:00 AM) on a 36‑hour workweek with a rotating every‑third‑weekend schedule. The role involves delivering respiratory therapy treatments to patients of all ages, managing mechanical ventilators, performing emergency airway procedures, and providing patient and family education while participating in on‑call rotations and quality‑improvement activities.

Responsibilities

Administer respiratory therapy treatments across all patient age groups
Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators and perform emergency intubations
Document patient data in the PCN and develop teaching plans
