Respiratory Therapist

This role provides comprehensive respiratory care for neonatal patients, including intubation, ventilator management, and emergency resuscitation response. The Respiratory Therapist evaluates patients, develops individualized care plans, and collaborates with providers and nursing staff to ensure optimal outcomes. The position also involves participating in NICU and Transport Team operations, attending high-risk deliveries, and educating families on patient care.
