The Registered Respiratory Therapist provides specialized respiratory care to diverse patient populations across multiple clinical programs, including Medical Surgical, NeuroTrauma, Cardiovascular ICU, and the Regional Burn Center. This role involves supporting respiratory needs throughout the site, operating the Hyperbaric Unit, and serving as a key member of the RACE and Code Blue Teams. The position requires a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach dedicated to patient and family-centered care.

Responsibilities

Operate Hyperbaric Unit and RACE team in collaboration with physicians

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited program in Respiratory TherapyCurrent General Registration with the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO)Successful Completion of the Canadian Board of Respiratory Care (CBRC) examValid BCLS and ACLS certifications
