Respiratory Therapy Educator/Resource Specialist

The Respiratory Care Educator provides and coordinates staff and patient education, orientation training, and development of curriculum and individual learning plans for the respiratory care service. The role supports the System RCP Residency program by designing curriculum, instructing participants, and developing ongoing content for new graduate respiratory care practitioners. The position advances clinical competency and professional development across the organization.
