Respite Program Coordinator

This role serves as the lead supervisor and liaison for the Respite Program, managing staff scheduling, client assignments, and on-call coverage to ensure optimal service utilization. The position involves coordinating internal medical trainings and procedures for medically complex clients while maintaining accurate client databases and service plan documentation. Additionally, the coordinator represents the program at community events and assists with the implementation of special activities and projects.
