Respite Youth Support

The Respite Youth Support role provides essential care and support to children and youth aged 5-18 in a Children’s Crisis Residence, utilizing a child-centered approach to stabilize mental health symptoms and facilitate their return home. The position involves creating a safe and nurturing environment, teaching behavioral and emotional skills, and maintaining positive relationships with youth through direct supervision and therapeutic interventions. Staff are responsible for ensuring a secure physical space, completing necessary documentation, and adhering to all agency policies and regulatory standards.
