Responsable Bureau d'Etudes - H/F

The role involves monitoring public and private tender markets related to railway vegetation and infrastructure work, preparing technical, administrative and financial bid dossiers, and conducting site visits to assess constraints and refine cost estimates. The incumbent will also develop price estimations, optimize offers for regulatory and safety requirements, support commercial strategy, and coordinate with operational teams.
