Responsable Conditionnement - H/F - CDI

The Responsable Conditionnement will lead a packaging workshop of about 70 employees at Sisley Industrie in Blois, overseeing production planning, resource allocation, and compliance with HSE, quality, and cost objectives. Reporting to the Site Production Director, the role combines people management, budget responsibility, and continuous improvement initiatives to meet customer demand and maintain high performance standards.
