The role is part of Covéa's Cloud Center of Excellence, responsible for the technical direction, architecture, and reliability of the company's OpenShift PaaS platform. The Tech Lead will define platform strategies, develop and evolve internal tooling, and ensure quality, performance, security, and resilience of cloud-native solutions. They will also support development teams with complex technical issues, lead engineering practices, and drive continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
