The role involves managing the commercialisation of vacant premises and lease renewals for a portfolio of retail assets, defining and implementing merchandising and rental strategies, prospecting and negotiating with local, national and international brands, and coordinating with legal, technical and landlord stakeholders. It reports to the Commercial Director and includes regular site visits across the asset portfolio.
