This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with legal, tax, and internal organizational policies. The position involves managing labor incidents, personnel movements, benefits, deductions, and payments related to team compensation. It also includes the control and calculation of tips, tax preparation, and the reconciliation of monthly IMSS statements.
