A Senior engineering manager in Thales’ Centre de Compétences d’Ingénierie (Business Line IAS) leads the definition and deployment of the Make or Buy strategy and the structuring of subcontracted systems, software and validation engineering in an international technical context. The role serves as the primary interface between the competence center, delivery teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure capacity flexibility and collective performance. It focuses on aligning strategy, footprint and execution across internal and external teams, including partners in Romania.
