About this role

Based in Carros, this role leads site logistics operations at a pharmaceutical industrial facility and oversees the transition to a new warehouse via the STAR project. The incumbent manages teams, optimizes storage and distribution flows, ensures strict regulatory compliance, and drives the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities

Manage and develop logistics teams for reception, storage, and shipment operations
Oversee daily warehouse activities ensuring excellence and safety standards
Define target flows and storage needs for the new STAR warehouse facility
Act as a Key User to specify and test the new Warehouse Management System
Orchestrate the operational transition from the old site to the new infrastructure
