About this role
The Responsable Maintenance Opérationnelle is a site-level maintenance manager responsible for operational maintenance across chemistry, pharmaceutical and cosmetic production units, as well as the wastewater treatment plant and logistics. Reporting to the Production Directorate, the role focuses on ensuring equipment availability, production continuity and compliance with QHSE standards while leading a shift-based maintenance team.
