Responsable Marin - Gabon

The Nature Conservancy is hiring a Head of Marine (Responsable Marin) based in Libreville, Gabon to lead and coordinate TNC’s marine activities, including technical and operational support for the Gabon Blue Bonds and marine components of the Project Finance for Permanence (PFP). The role will serve as TNC’s principal liaison to government agencies, the FPBG, donors, and partners, oversee budgets and contracts, and manage multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery of project outcomes. The position requires frequent travel within Gabon and the region and close coordination with regional and global TNC teams.
