This role involves managing a team of three animatrices and technicians to ensure product compliance at the best cost while contributing to site objectives for customer satisfaction and non-quality costs. The position requires representing the client, promoting a global quality approach, and ensuring adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards. The incumbent will oversee customer complaint handling, conduct audits, and manage non-conformities throughout the manufacturing process.
