The role is to implement and enforce HR policies on the site, act as the liaison between site management, employees, and the group, and ensure a stable social climate. The HR Manager will oversee administrative personnel management, training plans, interim staff, HR indicators, social relations, internal communication, recruitment, and overall HR processes.
