Responsable Ressources Humaines

This role supports the HR department in managing human resources for the headquarters and the Tow Yard, acting as a key partner to managers across a perimeter of approximately 200 employees. The position involves advising on HR and labor law matters, overseeing disciplinary procedures, managing payroll variables, and representing HR at the CSE. It also includes coordinating training initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, and contributing to cross-functional HR projects to support the company's social and operational goals.
